Implementation of earthing work according to design of 160 MVA sub-station, engine hall, Steam turbine, Fuel treatment plant,

Erection 160 MVA sub-station, installation of CT, PT, SF6 breaker, DS, assembling, testing, commissioning of (4x40) MVA power transformers.

Installation, commissioning and maintenance of (1x10) SEMT PIELSTICK diesel engine(18pc2/6HP 13451, RPM 500, 9900kw, (2x1)no’s NIIGATA SEMT PIELSTICK diesel engine 18pc2-6/2v, 9900kw, 500RPM, (2x1)no’s NKK GEISLNGER ELASTIC DAMPER (D93/17).10 no’s of SHNIEDER electric alternator, 2 no’s FUJI, 2nos of TOYDENKY alternator. Installation, cable termination, commissioning of L.V panel, H.V panel, generator control panel, different auxiliary panel and relay setting (Vamp 230, Vamp245, vamp260).Maintenance of VCB, SF6 (Merlin gerin) breaker.

Erection, and installation of (2x6) waste heat generation steam turbine Qingdao model S6-1.57, RPM 3000, 1.57 MPa, 340º c including 14 no’s of waste heat boiler capacity 4.5 ton/hr, cooling tower, condenser and other auxiliaries.

 Troubleshooting of generator loss of excitation, PLC failure, engines safety failure, problem in VCB control systems, Problem in Governor,
 Implementation of Engine safeties and protection.
 Implementation of different motor control circuit (75kw, 55kw, 45kw, 37kw, 22kw).
 Weekly and monthly safety rest of all engines.
 Schedule check of alternator rotor and stator insulation with also exciter rotor and stator insulation.
 Automation of WEASTFALIA and ALFA-LAVAL lube oil separator and HFO separator.
 Design, Planning & Execution of all Utility support for the Plant.
 Schedule check of 160 MVA 11kv/132kv Sub-station.
 Insulation test of 40 MVA transformer, test and installed lightning arrestor, also all kinds of troubleshooting of substation.
