Duties and Responsibilities :
1-undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations .
2-liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors .
3-resolving design and development problems .
4-scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
5-making sure the project complies with legal requirements
6-ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time .
7-Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
8-Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
9-Determines project specifications requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
10-Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
11-Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
12-Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
13-Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
14-Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
15-Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
16-Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
17-Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
18-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
19-Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
20-Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;
