• Responsible for Projects Pre-sales and Post Sales tasks (Cloud and On-Premise)
• Projects deployed across Kuwait, Dubai, Sudan and Ethiopia regions
• Team Management & Guiding the team, motivating and support them to develop themselves
• Enhancing the IT Infrastructure with latest technology and Disaster Recovery

• Planning, Designing and Implementation of the Network Infrastructure

• Providing On-Site and Off-Site support to clients for the signed SLAs

• Preparing Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual IT Infrastructure Reports.
• Leading the Team for 4 Technical Support Engineers.
• Outsourced to Ajial Bilingual School as a Systems Administrator (Aug 2005 - Jul 2008).
• Involved in Planning, Designing, Implementing and Managing the projects running over Microsoft Services and LV Systems (IPTV, Digital Signage and CCTV)
