Guest Relations Manager
handle all things for VIP guests from arrival till departure, send daily reports to managers, assist manager in daily duties.
1.Manage more than one project at a time. Should see to it that all the projects under my supervision are going on smoothly.
2.Responsible to look after every detail of the project. The planning process for effective completion of the project.
3.Plan out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan.
4.Developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members. Act as a link between both the parties.
5.Deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients.
6.Should conduct regular meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements, to achieve the desired results.
7.Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis.
8. Prepare with art Dep. all printed paper for project like catalogues
& flyers.
9.Marketing and sell exhibition, spaces & stands and liaise with speakers, book accommodation and transport for the guests of International Events & Conferences
