• Manage ICT projects; maintain work breakdown structure and project budget in SAP PS.
• Update project progress in project management portal.
• Manage department’s purchase; create purchase requisitions, service entries, goods receipt in SAP MM and SRM.
• Assist Company’s Procurement; create contracts, purchase orders, release orders in SAP MM and SRM.
• SAP MM-SRM Analyst; configure enterprise structure, SRM organization structure, perform UT, SIT and UAT, data preparation for UT, SIT, UAT, TTT and EUT.

* Provide computer and network support within agreed service level agreement.
* Provide L1 (first level) and onsite support resolution of incident.
* Produce monthly IT service performance report.
* Responsible for the Company's telecommunication system (analog and digital (Nortel Networks)).
