•Reported to the Chief Operations Manager and managed 22 direct reports and 30 indirect reports, responsible to direct retail operations for the Saudi Arabia market including profit and loss responsibility across 160 outlets.
•Management of new projects to transform stores concepts from basic to full solution modules for handset and accessories products.
•Managing new stores opening annual budget related to number of stores, cost per location and geographic expansions.
•Management of retail operations including recruitment, new store openings, stock availability, cash reconciliation, closing and reallocation of outlets, sales reporting and quarterly forecasting.
•Member of the project team to implement mobile business packages including Blackberry, iPhone and parallel products.
•Key member of the STC Enterprise and Trademark Department to implement availability of KDR locations, team and stock, contracts, store layouts and merchandising to STC standards.
