• Carry out second level support and troubleshooting at user location
• Familiarize with all products (hardware, software, OS) as well other KOC applications
• Ensure all incident assigned are closed as per SLA requirements
• Be aware and have access to all the right tools and diagnostics software to conducts tasks in an efficient way
• Coordinate with Asset Controller for assets to be brought to/from the user location
• Coordinate with Helpdesk to update Magic calls.
• Ensure all calls are appropriately and regularly updated
• Provide required input and coordinate with Problem Management Teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Be updated and abide at all times with company and team procedures and policies
• Update installation reports (full information gathered with proper users and IT Coordinators signatures)
• Ensure customer verification and signature during the installation process.
• Provide assistance to installation team during major releases and deployments
• provide input and update documents required in the release process
• Assist Installation Team Leader for testing builds and images for deployment based on various groups’ requirements
• Implementing and testing software.
• Administration of archiving systems (OmniDocs, ), and customer training.
• Solving database problems.
• Helpdesk customer services.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation.
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Firewalls installation.
• Server's installation.
• Building VMware’s (VMware Workstation, VMware vCenter).
