Executing project by planning, monitoring, and controlling overall construction activities and supervising Contractor’s staff.
Coordinating with the contractor in the project implementation to ensure that the construction schedules are well managed without negative impacts on the project.
Ensuring that the contractor complies with the approved detailed design documents and instructions of the client.
Monitoring the progress of work at site, equipment mobilization, work preparation, work execution and tests on completion to achieve that the work will be completed within the overall time frame and cost budget of the project.
Establishing the amount of work done/completed for verifying contractor’s interim payments.
Reviewing progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and submitting comments to the Project Manager.
Arranging and participating in meetings with the Contractor and Architect regarding design matters.

Job Responsibilities:
Planning, designing, developing and managing major civil projects.
Reviewing foundation analysis, building plans, structural drawings and inspecting rebar work for reinforced concrete structure and getting approvals.
Evaluating and recommending appropriate building construction materials and getting approvals.
Project correspondence, technical report writing and presentations etc. Develop construction specifications, procedures and safety analysis, project planning/scheduling, computer aided analysis/design.
Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of designing and developing projects to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality sustainability.
Conducting feasibility studies, economic analysis, environmental impact studies and other investigations.
Supervising technical analysis of survey and field data for development of topographic or other information and prepare reports.
Estimating scheduling and preparation of Submittals.
Preparing contract documents and evaluating tenders for construction projects.
Conferring with clients, engineering teams and conduct research to determine project requirements and preparing proposals, bid submittals and other tasks

Responsibilities :
Checking the quality of materials as per specifications and BOQs.
Checking the quality of concrete from batching plant.
Looking after the progress of project within specified time.
Attending meetings with contractors for civil, electrical and plumbing works.
Inspection of finishing works on site.
Planning and site management for execution of works.
Site supervision and management for the construction of multistory bungalows as per drawings.
Responsible for Quality assurance / Quality control.
Coordination with the client for proper execution of the project.
