• Planning and scheduling the project by developing a project master schedule
• Implementation of work schedule and monitor progress of work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of overall project.
• Making WBS and allotment of available resources to various phases of the Project. Categorize resource requirement according to the project milestones / deliverables / required tasks and targets.
• Attend meetings/co-ordination with client, Consultant, Architect, Sub-Contractors and Stakeholders to establish their needs, discuss work schedule / design / permitting issues with them.
• Co-ordinate with project team i.e. Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Architecture regarding work schedule/Approvals by the client. Checks/controls workmanship and quality of work carried out by sub-contractor with regular inspections and issues necessary instructions to subordinates whenever required. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
• Supervises the activities of subordinates and sub-contractor’s workforces. Derives strategies and provides technical assistance and direction to subordinates.
• Support Project Manager with consultant relations, team motivation and project financials.
• Quantity/ Cost Estimation and making Progress Bills. Checking and verification of Sub-Contractor’s Bill.
• Responsible for making Shop Drawings of Structure, Architecture and Mechanical (Plumbing).
• Planning, scheduling and executing the project.

• Develops/reviews BOQ/Scopes and Technical Specification.
• Derives strategies, coordinates, discusses with GM and User Departments. Conducts regular meetings with contractor and submit periodic report to GM. Participates in pre-tender meetings, related technical and commercial evaluations. Negotiation with contractors.
• Checks/controls workmanship and quality of work carried out by contractors with regular inspections and issues necessary instructions to subordinates whenever required.
• Coordinates various activities related to site mobilization of contractor’s, arranges various access permits and passes including coordinating the placement of contractor’s site offices, material storage area and camp as applicable. Assists contractor in the orderly mobilization of facilities, equipment and manpower on site.
• Prepares descriptions, justifications, cost estimates and outline programs for new projects, for inclusion in annual budget and submissions.
• Structural Designing and Making Shop Drawings for Structure, Architecture and Mechanical. Supervises the activities of subordinates and the contractor’s workforces. Provides technical assistance and direction to subordinates.
• Conducts civil works inspection of leased buildings/takeover of completed buildings with user department and final acceptance from contractor/sub-contractor. Conducts inspections whenever required
• Quantity/Cost Estimation for the project. Checking and verification of contractor’ Bill.
• Involve in all type of Structure, Architectural/Finishes and Mechanical works i.e. block masonry, tile, granite, false ceiling, wood work, plumbing, fire fighting etc.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and executing the project also developing a project master schedule.
• Responsible for Daily/Monthly reports writing, Cash Flow and S-Curves.
• Meeting/Co-ordination with client, Consultant, Architect, Sub-contractors and Stakeholders to establish their needs and discuss work schedule /Design/permitting issues with them.
• Interact/co-ordinate with associated disciplines including Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Architecture regarding work Schedule/Approvals by the client. Site Supervision of Structural and Architectural work. Negotiation with sub-contractors.
• Making Progress Bills/Additional work bills, Construction Claims/Change Order and Escalation.
• Responsible for Shop Drawings of Structure, Mechanical (Plumbing) and Architecture work.
• Making Bar Bending schedules, inspection of form work/scaffolding and steel reinforcement.
• Quantity/Cost Estimation for the project. Checking and verification of sub-contractor’s Bill.
• Involve in all type of Structure, Architectural/Finishes and Mechanical works i.e. block masonry, tile, granite, false ceiling, wood work, plumbing, fire fighting etc.
• Responsible for quality of work output including material testing.
• Engage in earthwork / surveying and material testing.
