- Supervise and manage team with 3 Procurement Engineers, 1 Buyer and 1 Administrator for F&B : Costa and
Wendys projects, Retail Projects such: xcite and Safat Home, Facility and Maintenance Requests.
- Attend weekly meeting with costa international and wendy international to align with procurement update,
catalogues, design, cost optimization in terms of logistics and agencies.
- Prepare Procurement Monthly report & Track Project Progress, raise risks such delivery delay/pending
Requests/etc with concerned department.
- Monitor KPI for the teams and continuous improvement from the reports extracted by PRF system(power apps),
SAP, Tablue, etc.
- Review, validate and approve PRFs/PORs received from requesters/Buyers by PRF system.
- Publish tenders with contractors (Fit Out), handling Clarification meeting with contractors, Online Bidding,
Price comparison and Cost Analysis, result report for supplier selection with proper documents and justification.
- Negotiations with Sole vendors approved/selected by Costa and Wendys International for different aspects
such:cost, delivery, quality concerns from Business Unit feedback, Bulk Orders etc.
- Support Procurement Director for sourcing with different vendors from the market applies for Prodcut specs as
per Costa/wendys International.
- Follow up Pending Payment/invoices for the vendors in coordination with Finance, Warehouse, project team
- Negotiating contract agreements for products and services with vendors.
- Act to effectively manage and administer contracts through subordinate staff.
- Identify problems, develop solutions and make effective decisions.
- Liaise with stakeholders such legal, finance, end user and procurement for contracts reviews.
- Use CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool for contract review with stakeholders through digital e-flow,
archive active contracts.
- Support the procurement team in undertaking due diligence of suppliers and ensure that new suppliers are
recorded and registered on business systems.
- Proceed all local purchase orders in SAP system & arrange for delivery.
- Develop and maintain a supplier contract database.
- Work together with the team to gather relevant data, analyze, draw conclusions and make recommendations
regarding procurement activities, projects customer communication.
- Follow up on the payments as an intermediate between finance team and vendors
- Support procurement function in harmonizing process and procedures.
Following up and ensuring that the supplier is shipping the required items specifications and sending the correct
shipping documents.
- Contracts Review & Negotiations with Vendors .
- Prepare Procurement Reports by Fleet Management System ( FMS ), Monitoring and Updating records for
Lease and Purchased Fleet System .
- Handling Contracts and Payment with Properties / Building`s Landlords, Facility Procurement for all Real Estate
Requirement include not limited : Indoor Construction, Lease Contracts, Furniture, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.
