Establish and continuously review with workshop Manager the workshop’s structure, work flows and job responsibilities in the workshop to ensure work is organized and carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.
•Coordinate pre-delivery inspection before delivering requested asset for the project
•Supervise the work of mechanics to ensure that the set workshop processes are followed so that the work flow is maintained.
•Carry out preventive maintenance for assets and ensure all required maintenance is done within schedule
•Carry out daily and weekly inspection for assets in the projects.
•Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to do corrective maintenance for assets broken down.
•Monitoring the productivity of the assets and maintaining downtime to the minimum.
Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop.
•Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
• Facilitate the orientation of new team members by familiarizing them with work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area, ensure that diagnosis tools are working ( ICOM, ISID, IMIB, ISSS …. )
•Ensure that all required tools are available and coordinate with Parts department to order special tools for repairs.
•Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
•Provide advice and technical assistance to team members, keeping up to date with PuMA measures and create PuMA cases.
•Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
• Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness.
•Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles.
• Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.
•Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
• Supervising PDI for new vehicles and arranging there movement.
Advising staff member to do a complete warranty job.
•Prepairing all warranty documents and requirements.
•Submitting warranty claims on time basis.
•Inquiring warranty authorizations.
•Preparing warranty parts store.
Advising the staff members on techniques to repair and maintain the client's vehicles and restore them to their original efficiency standards.
•Evaluating the repairing needs of the vehicle, Preparing repair estimates and pricing labor costs.
•Communicating with the clients and making note of the routine usage and wear and tear of the vehicle.
•Advising the clients to use the vehicle correctly and maintain its efficiency for long duration.
•Creating job orders through Autoline and Invoicing, using ISPA (integrated service technical application) and KSD (commercial service data) in a professional way and good knowledge in ETK (electronic parts catalogue).
•Communicating with Insurance companies.
I had an opportunity to work in different departments: Maintenance, Technical support, and Quality Control laboratory.
I was a volunteer in the hospital to manage the building systems, guiding to comfort hospital environment, taking advantage of lower potential . Plus, giving the way to save energy as much as we can.
