Managing all aspects of projects from initial stage up to handing over including the design, planning and supervision.
Managing MEP design team for the design development from the initial stage up to IFC stage considering the local and international standards, authorities’ guidelines and regulations and the client’s orientations for the proposed design systems.
Proposing the value engineering based on client’s requirements, that includes the design parameters control, systems’ selection and material’s selection without impacting the system’s functionality and efficiency.

Review the contractor’s proposals with regards to the value engineering BOQs considering the project’s specifications, availability and ETA of material and equipment and provide the technical response accordingly.
review of the main contractor’s engineering submittals including the shop drawings, method statements,
quality plans and material submittals considering the conformance with the IFCs, project’s specifications and local and international codes and standards.
Responding to the contractor’s RFIs for the engineering and site raised issues within the allowable time
frame.
Attend weekly progress meetings along with the contractor and the client’s representative to manage and monitor the contractor’s progress and activities.
Liaise with the local authorities for follow up of the requirements for final inspections and handing over up to completion certificate stage.
Review of the contractor’s monthly payments and associated bills.
Review of the contractor’s monthly progress report and provide feedback accordingly.
Review of the contractor’s snag and punch lists and generate reports accordingly.
Review and inspection for the third parties works and technical reports.
Review of the contractor’s as built drawings.
Review of the contractor’s submittal of O&M manual considering the manufacturer recommendations,
preventive maintenance programs and spare parts lists.
Supervision of subcontractors MEP works by applying both technical and managerial techniques.
Coordination with other engineering disciplines to solve any emerged site clashes.
Liaise with the QC department to document all of the required MIRs & CRFIs.
Liaise with the engineering department team to prepare a red line drawing based on the site condition.
Liaise with the planning department to update the progress and look ahead schedules based on the actual site progress.
Attend repetitive daily and weekly meetings plus daily site walks.
Reviewing the job cards prior submitting them to the planning department.
Technical review of the material submittal and directing the procurement team for the order of the right material based on the approved material submittal and vendor`s list.
Attending the MEP inspections along with the consultant and QC team.

Preparation of the discovery/defective reports based on the site condition.
