In charge of all admin related activities in the company with the goal of ensuring that all admin work of company operations is managed promptly.
- Track outgoing / incoming documents/ correspondence received or sent by fax, email, post and by hand.
- Filing work and document control.
- Update documents database.
- Renewal of company certificates. (CR certificate, SAGIA, MOMRA, GOSI, chambers of commerce member ship certificate).
- Prepare tender projects documents.
- Attend bids opining sections.
- Track and record office inventory.
- Follow up company external admin issues.
- Arrange for Project preliminary / finally handing over.
- Prepare progress payments for company projects.
- Issue projects insurance policies.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding required admin work
- Support admin assistants in clerical work when and where needed.
- Support other departments when and where needed.
- Establish schedule for pending admin tasks.
Manage all HR activities and ensure company operations are receive appropriate HR support.
- Search for and advertise for the right candidate based.
- Renew employees Iqamas, Passports, Insurance policies, Driving license, and Car registration.
- Track employee’s vacations, loans, and absence.
- Resolve employee’s issues and conflicts.
- Prepare HR progress and status reports to General Manager and Executive director
