I started as assistant programmer, then I got promoted to senior programmer, My duties was to develop the interactive website on which clients can come and place and make there own adverts and which then can be displayed to the remote terminals through a automated system developed by me and my team, in JAVA, Flash and Adobe Photoshop and JSP.
My role was to manage the project from Planning to delivery (Planning, Design, Testing, and Implementation) and after this I was involved in change management.
In this project we had client side scripting and server side as well.
Project was based on the Online Advertisement, as the company had Advert screens in different locations in states, one can go online and send their advertisement to any screen.
We developed online Ad making software integrated with flash MX.
I was assigned as project manager in last two years of the project.
