I worked in Saudi listed company Knowledge Economic City as executive assistant to CEO, with extensive experience in real estate investment and development, with High level experience in Real estate executing, design, financial, commercial (marketing & sales) and contract.

• I work now in Muthmerah holding as office manager of CEO, with extensive experience in real estate investment and development, huge real estate projects specially in Makkah, Almadina, Riyadh, and Dubai.
Current projects:
Thakher real estate & investment co central region of Makkah, with an area of three hundred and twenty thousand square meters. Includes 90 hotel towers with a capacity of 250, 000 ppl, markets, mosque and health and service centers.
Maad international beside The Holly Mosque, with an area of Forty eight thousand and five hundred square meters. Includes 21 hotel towers classification 4 stars with a capacity of 50, 625 ppl, markets, mosque and health and service centers.
Ejabah project central region of Makkah, with an area of Eighteen thousand square meters. Includes 9 hotel towers & hotel apartment with a capacity of 16, 000 ppl, markets, mosque and health and service centers.
Almanakhah project central region of Makkah, with an area of Eighteen thousand square meters. Includes 9 hotel towers & hotel apartment with a capacity of 16, 000 ppl, markets, mosque and health and service centers.
Muthmerah real estate & investment co central region of Makkah, includes 7 hotel towers with a capacity 12, 000 people, a business building and a commercial market. The project was acquired by Al Tayyar Group
I work as office manager of CEO with the following responsibilities:
• Manage and control all CEO duties, Participate in the development plans and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with shareholders, employees, and government organization.
• Create RFP, Reports, scope of works - supervise contracts, proposals, Quotes.
• Correspondence Business, Translation, coordinating the schedules of the CEO.
• Airline and hotel bookings and other Special Administrative business of CEO And Chairman Office.
• work with the largest real estate appraisal companies (Century 21, Barcode, ValuStrat)
• Work with many financial companies in the preparation of financial analysis studies and planning to investment funds, headed by KPMG and PWC.
• Work with many market studies companies in the preparation of plans & market studies, headed by Mckinsey, JLL and Fajr Capital.
• Work with many sister companies and partner real estate companies, headed by Masic, Bin Saeedan and Dallah Al Baraka.
• Work with many (Design, Architecture, Engineering) companies - SOM, HOK, Hopkins, Architecture Studio, D&B, Abduellah Almohana, AMSAD.
• Work with many contracting companies MOBCO, Alarif Group, Musaad Almutairy
• Work with many Financing Banks, familiar with financing solutions and loan policies - SAAB, ALBILAD, ALINMA, Saudi Investment, ALRIYADH, NCB, and ANB.
