Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the
office's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public
relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Company.
Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization
publications.
Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target
media and appropriate response to media requests.
Act as the Organization’s representative with the media.
Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as
letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc
Develop online marketing and social networking such as facebook and twitter
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future units of air conditioning.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information such as prices, share, media…etc
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing units, and building an effective media plan.
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy.
Liaison with media and advertising.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing the objectives and customer satisfaction.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics,

Evaluate the financial aspects of our services development, such as budgets, research and development appropriations,
and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, working with advertising and
promotion managers.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and
developing distribution strategies.
Consult with client on products specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
