Main Tasks:

Ensure the ELV system including BMS, Fire, Structure cable and security systems are carried out as per approved construction program.
Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all ELV system implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements.
Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other projects requirements are met.
Review design drawings and compliance specs/Authority requirements and raise RFI’s where necessary, propose value engineering items.
Provide engineering detail for shop drawings.
Review and double check the shop drawings and calculations before issue for consultant approvals.
Ensure technical level of shop drawings.
Meeting the submission schedule dates.
Incorporate the material submittals data in shop drawings preparation.
Prepare the Method statements.
Review and check the method statement prepared.
Prepare all required calculations and sizing calculation.
Follow up with consultants for approval: shop drawings, Material submittals, Method statements, etc…..

Building Management System & ELV Systems :
Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals.
Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements.
Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.
Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner.
Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Ensuring that oil electrical construction activities (i.e. installation, loop checks, completions and pre-commissioning of the Electric works) are carried out by Contractors in accordance with approved Procedures, Specifications, Method Statements, Project Specifications, Project Procedures and relevant Codes & Standards.
Performing inspection and supervision of the electrical installation and testing activities carried out on the Construction sites and/or Contractor's work shops in accordance with approved Contractors ITP inspection points and related notifications.
Performing routine surveillance of the activities carried out on the Construction sites and/or Contractor's work shops, minimizing any adverse impact on the scheduling of the activities.
Ensuring that Inspection & Test Plans are timely basis applied by Contractors and that project requirements as listed in ITP are fulfilled.
Performing the required surveillance ("monitor", "witness", "hold point") on due time as per the related inspection notification and being acknowledged in advance with the applicable standards and specifications.
Monitoring and reporting progress against the approved inspection & test plan.
Interfacing on inspection activities with site based Client discipline engineers.
Ensuring that the Contractors issue all the necessary quality documents, and that they are duly signed and filed.
Signing the quality documents/reports issued by the Contractors in accordance with the received instruction. The Job Holder shall verify that the documents have been already signed by proper authorized
Liaising with Contractor's Inspectors on a daily basis, providing advice and guidance on Quality issues.
Preparing when required by Client Interface or Project Manager daily, weekly or monthly reports according to the applicable instructions.
Participating to site meetings when invited by Client Interface or Project Manager.
Ensuring the proper disposition of non-conformities, with the assistance of site based Client discipline engineers where necessary.
Advising the Client Site and Quality engineers of any quality related problems or deviations.
Monitoring the relevant Contractor personnel qualifications, where required.
Monitoring the availability and suitability of the material and equipment.
Resolving all issues, queries and critical situations related to the Electrical construction work, in a most effective and efficient manner in accordance with project requirements

Supervision and Inspection for testing and commissioning process for BMS, Security,
Audio-video System, LV networks, Transformers, Generators, cables & switchgears.
Responsible for coordination between internal departments, suppliers, contractors
& clients to follow up the work progress.
Involved in solving technical issues on site.

Estimating all products and engineering services for automatic controls, interlocks, monitoring, optimisation, and for operation and management of building services.
Analyze Specification requirements and create compliance statements.
Create IO List and BOQ from Tender documents (Specs, drawings, etc.)
Select most compliant system and devices as per Tender documents.
Provide a price estimate at tender stage.
