• Initiate new guidelines for NBE branches, ATM machines and BTL materials
• Develop a renovation plan for all NBE branches after scanning all branches all over Egypt starting with the new branches followed by old "existing" branches according to its importance
• Follow-up the execution of the approved renovation plan with all concerned parties
• Install the approved surrounding branding to all ATM machines with its different modules
• Re-brand all BTL materials (applications, documents, memos, flyers, brochures, contracts, folders……etc.)
• Follow up on branches calendars and controlling POS materials print and distribution (ex: display messages, light boxes, flyers, posters, mock ups, etc.)
• Responsible for full events, roadshows, conferences and exhibitions organization and implementation including set-up, logistics, entertainment and branding
