-Take responsibility the business in Modern trade channel for both local & international chains (Panda, Othaim, Danube, Bin Dawood, Carrefour, Lulu, Tamimi, Farm, Raya, UCS and mini markets )
-Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains;
-Plan and control promotion programs, activities and Cost. Especially, cooperated activities in big Event with Customer.
-Allocating the yearly, monthly sales target;
-Make relationship with Top Level Head Quarter of Customer.
-Forming and Plan for Structure of Team.
-Lead and make motivation Team.
-Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned;
-Leading the Modern trade sales team.
-Recruit and training Sales Team.
- Managing all channels ( Modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale and Foodservice)
-Handling Panda, Bin Dawod, Al Danube and Al Raya around all KSA.
-Preparing agreement for customers and discussing it with the customers.
-Managing & following up on the customer target and achieving the company targets.
-Executing initiatives, promotions and Launching tasting campaigns in the stores.
-Maintaining the relationships between the company and the customers in order to reach to the maximum consumer satisfaction.
-Advise management and staff of the customers' needs.
-Keep in contact with customers and answer their enquiries.
-Daily reporting to the National Sales Manager.
-Follow up with customers on collections.
-Follow up on competitors’ activities, margins, prices & deals.
-Uses Oracle system for needed data and reports.
