Prepare the annual business plan in cooperation with the assigned bank partner and assume responsibility of the overall planning process with the bank team and other related internal departments. Assess opportunities in assigned Bancassurance relationship for cross- and up-selling.
Actively assess from time to time the quality and the success of the assigned relationship which include and is not limited to bottom line results, products' profitability, and efficiency of processes in close cooperation with Market Management, Operations and Finance. Contribute in the development; communication and assessment of assigned sales force KPI's.
Proactively seek and probe for potential growth, potential threats from competitions as well as any business opportunities within assigned bank partner.
Evaluate from time to time the bank cooperation agreement, compensation structure and the legal terms of cooperation in order to identify requirements for changes and/or adjustments as early as possible.
Establish a set of regular reports in accordance with expectations of the HBA and the CSO, which includes but is not limited to production figures, bottom line contribution, management of expenses and exceptional business cases worth to be reported during periods under review.
