• Reduced down time of Trucks from 40 % to less than 10 % within one year
• Increased the percentage of realized orders on time from 40 % to 85 % on average
• Reduced fuel consumption of fleet trucks from 48 L/100KM to 33 L/100KM
• Implemented transportation management system (TMS), warehouse management system (WMS)

Ensured maintenance of drilling rig equipment such as draw-works, top drive, power generators, mud pumps, and hydraulic power units
