- Monitor size, time, and effort of project delivery.
- Manage all project plans: risk, communication, training, quality, and metrics plans.
- Review project baseline, quality audits results reports, and packages/documents to be delivered.

- Technical Solutions development to ensure the correct use of the websites.
- Responsible to provide proposals and detailed requests for sites development for the initiatives to stakeholders. Definition and development of the site, implementation plan, tools required, ongoing execution follow up and reporting on development to the team.
- Own the achievement of annual commitments and core KPIs across the technical team included in the plan; ensure goals are defined that are meaningful, tangible and measurable.
- Create and maintain robust partnerships with selected partners in technology, ensuring clear definition of goals and objectives, regular reporting, timely budget utilization, joined marketing efforts, etc. to make them deliver on time the requests.
- Coordinate the technical team and follow up on how development is going from a technical perspective of each of the sites under initiatives.
• Providing day-to-day tech support and oversight over the activities related to regional Technology Support services
• Serving as the tech link between the Ta3mal regional and country teams and the software development entities working on Ta3mal
• Coordinating with the Ta3mal software development team to ensure that they remain on track according to the project plan timeline
• Ensuring rigorous server monitoring of Ta3mal and managing the hosting process on Azure platforms to ensure the smooth running of the portal
• Maintaining good communication with the regional office on the portal status
