- Responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance activities with the goal of improving overall projects reliability and ensuring Client satisfaction.
- Ensure all statutory compliance, PPM visits, and certifications are completed where required, issued, and up to date for the area.
- Ensure client business continuity is maintained at all times with specific attention to reporting on performance of reactive and planned works.

- Research & evaluation of MEP drawings, designs proposed by the Fit-out contractors & implement the best option.
- Liaising with management team, planning, implementation & management of long-term strategic plans for the development of operational activities.
- Revenue expenditure management - to be updated with best market price & practice, quality, specification of technical materials, equipment, etc. & advice to install the best suitable.
- Prepare, direct & control budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments & increase efficiency & improve profitability by utilization of available resources.
