• Analysis and Audit the email and call received / reply on both.
• Make performance reports and dashboard for our team.
• Publishing this report and collecting data via online application. Publish it using MS-Access Excel automate the reporting using VBA - Excels(macro)
Day-to-Day Analysis of MIS Reports, follow up and coordination with cross functional teams to ensure timely flow of MIS.
• Analysing the technical report training report fuel report analysing maintaining the data set generating daily on delivery and dispatch reports.
• Demonstrating the report using MS-Access automate the reporting using VBA - Excels(macro)
• Maintaining database of client and customer issues using MySQL Excels
