Accounting :-
Designing, implementing and monitoring systems, policies and procedures for the various financial, accounting, taxation and audit activities for orderly compliance of various statutory requirements to achieve the organizational goals.
Handling entire accounting work of factory.
Responsible for Project Accounting and Capitalization.
Verification and Passing the vendor invoice
Reviewing and closing of monthly books of accounts of the business unit as per the guidelines, including provision for expenses, prepaid expenses and depreciation.
To ensure accuracy of books of accounts for our Profit Centers & Cost Centers
To ensure compliance as per internal control requirement.
Statutory Compliance :-
Ensuring timely payment of Statutory Dues
Ensuring timely submission of returns
Responsible for Statutory Tax assessment & Audit.
Controlling :-
Major overhead expenses / controllable expense analysis.
Review of Actual Performance Vs. Planned Performance / Original Estimate.
Reviewing and controlling of payment to the vendors.
To ensure proper control on payables & Advance Payments.
Ensuring proper release of Purchase Order as per terms.
Preparing cost sheet and Cost Center Analysis.
Preparation & Compilation of Annual Budget and conducting variance analysis.
Cross checking of Systems followed or not.
Physical verification & Inventory Reconciliation.
Report on any kind of matters that may result on financial loss.
Auditing :-
Responsible to complete Statutory Audits, and Internal Audits as per Corporate deadlines
Attending audits.
Assist the GM Accounts for compiling the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account on quarterly basis
Preparing schedules & other data for audit (Internal audit, Tax audit and Statutory audit)
Passing necessary entries related to audit and
MIS :-
Ensure timely submission of Daily & Monthly MIS Report.
Inventory Reconciliation Report.
Machinery Capacity Utilisation Analysis with Downtime Report
Unit Performance Report.
Price Variance Analysis Report
Overhead Comparison with remarks.
Performance comparison with other units
Handle total accounting function & Sales Tax matters (including Issuance of “C” Form & Road Permit, Sales Tax Assessment) .
To prepare statutory financial statement, audit statement and necessary reports (including MIS) required by MD & other statutory organization.
Manage all tax filling and reporting on time.
Liaise with internal & statutory auditor, tax consultant and related agency.
Assessing the loss and reporting on the same.
Preparation, Presentation, Reporting & Maintenance of Books of Accounts, All type of Audit of various organizations and computation on Income Tax and consultancy on Income Tax and Law matters.
