Overall Incharge of the Manufaturing Plant. Responsibilities include Monthly Production Planning & Upper Planning (outsourcing Plan) & monitor performance of each level, inorder to meet monthly target by minimizing excess inventory, & works mainly on reduction in Rejection/damage. Responsibilities starts from Engineering Purchase till dispatch of the FG, has to deal with the Customer/ Dealer for any Quality Issues. Monitor the performance & evaluation of each & every Supervisors ( C grade & D grade) & Drivers has made at the time of their Appraisal. Moreover, trying to implement new innovative strategies inorder to ease the production & for the better running of the Mfg Plant.
