Strategic Business Planning: Establishing corporate strategies for achievement of top line & bottom-line targets. Handling business planning, operations & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business; ensuring accomplishment of set business targets, meeting the ever-increasing competition in the market.
Sales and Marketing: Supervising sales and marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability. Devising marketing budgets and preparing sales forecast plans. Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them. Providing guidance and support to the front-line team through target setting and reviewing measures. Generating and maintaining MIS for tracking performance.
Business Development: Identifying and developing potential clients in the targeted markets / industries and sectors; ensuring maximum customer satisfaction . Exploring markets and collating market intelligence reports for developing key entry strategies to penetrate new markets.
Brand Management: Implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new products. Managing products in terms of prices and quality and developing markets for the same. Building brand focus in conjunction with business forecasts and operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
Channel Management: Identifying & developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably. Evolving strategies & activities to achieve desired business objectives.
