Establish, maintain, and improve the operational excellence of the group by building robust integrated management & operating systems, facilitating the development & deployment of Corporate Strategy, developing process maps, implementing the principles of Excellence, incorporating internationally recognized best practices across the group companies that reflect the core values of the group.
Build a strategy to communicate new products & services with existing customers. Review and analyze all operational processes, procedures and problems in the branches and departments to identify areas for improved work efficiency, better communication or automation wherever possible. Manage the internal Training of the Staff and keep them equipped with the Organizations Products & Services.
Task Force team member working on Management System implementation for the entire organization covering all sites and sub contracted works.
Develop, deploy and implement Management systems like ISO 9001 /ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001/ TS 16949 for all industry sectors.
Conduct awareness and auditor training for all the clients.
Core Team member of the Implementation Team of ISO 14001: 1996 - Environment Management Systems in different locations.
Area Sales In-charge of the sales and service of Automatic Power Factor Correction Panels.
