• Managing the SLA adherence as per ITIL standards, ensuring all production support tickets are fixed and closed before SLA, whilst drafting rigorous budgets to bolster the project’s goals

• Migrating approximately 800 parts in a two-step initiative to transition Access, lotus approach applications from the customer’s desktop environment to standardized windows XP
