Manage different types of IT & Education programs/project in addition to the following responsibilities:
Build programs/projects structures, best delivery strategies, establish End - End roadmap and focusing on team performance during programs/projects life cycles.
Maintain client and company benefits, related added value across each program/project.

Write the Technical documentation & proposals for the mentioned solutions, including solutions design, H.W & S.W. requirements, edition recommendation, product availability and redundancy plan.

Manage & Deliver a statistics project to KSA - General Authority for Statistics with the following responsibilities:
Maintain main communication lines between GaStat top management, PMO, GOPA and different experts.
Overall project planning, implementation and quality control.
Ensure overall coordination of the project; work with project experts to maintain expected quality, timelines of their work and reports.
Prepare technical and progress reports on the project to client and GOPA management.

Plan program roadmap and translate different objectives to projects plans and ensure from alignment with program main plan.
Create projects timeline plans with managing & utilizing resources within 6 different teams.
