1. Duties :
- Successfully lunched and developed Travel insurance product in Eastern region.
- Increase retail base by singeing with new travel agencies in Dammam, Khobar, Qattif, Seihat, Hassa and Jubail.
- Regain existing clients and increase their sales.
- Responsible of achieving/reporting sales target on monthly/Quarterly/yearly bases.
- Follow up with all sales points and maintain excellent relation with travel agents.
- Collecting sold policies on monthly bases and follow up on booking it.
- Follow up on collecting premium and issuing of receipt/accounting documents.
- Handling travel claims in Khobar branch.
- Servicing all clients needs in timely matter up to their expectations.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements and competitor actions.
2. Achievements:
- 34% premium growth in 2008
- 64% premium growth in 2009 ( up to July)
- Growth in number of travel agents selling my product :
from 29 agents in 2007
to 38 agents in 2008 &
to 54 agents in 2009.

I follow up 80 Clients. Follow up means; 1. Answer all thier queries regardin our products and Quote them whenever needed.
2. Make sure that they are satisfied and using only my company.
3. Follow up thier shipments and make sure to be a total solution for them.
4. Follow up with thier Account department and collect outstandin payments.
5. Achieving targets in : Sales and Collection.
6. Open new Accounts at least one per week to insure that i'm on target incase if any client stops using my company.
