Organize and manage audit engagements to be performed in effective and efficient manner

Audit Duties:
Preparing and reviewing financial statement (Income Statement- Balance Sheet- Cash Flow and Retained earnings).
Preparing and executing Audit plan.
Preparing management letter points which include our observation on the Company performance and our recommendation.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
Clearly and accurately document the execution of audit procedures
Performs audit sufficient procedures that support audit reports.
Advisory Duties:
Preparing monthly reports (Profitability, Treasury Position, Sales Reports, Cash Flow, Income Statement, costing statement ...) and comparing with the budgets.
Preparing job description and accounting procedure.
Preparing account's cycle and policy.
Preparing chart of account for new opening companies.
Preparing Tax Reports.
Preparing monthly -annual financial statement, expenditure variances and other cost -benefit analysis.
Monitoring account receivable by following up with sales managements, preparing aging reports, analyzing balances and reviewing and authorizing the credit limit granted to clients.
Calculating monthly sales men's commission.
Preparing banks, suppliers, and client’s reconciliation.
Preparing stocks movement reports.
Controlling all transaction between Related Parties.
Preparing sales report and profitability for agents and sales men.
Reviewing all transaction done by stocks accountant.
Counting stocks in stores and petty cash.
Contributing in Organization structure development.
