-Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements.
-Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans.
-Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.
-Prepares customer delivery reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and uses information to proactively communicate potential late deliveries.
-Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the company business growth and sourcing requirements
-Share to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions that affect purchasing policies.
-Achieves financial objectives by working with management group to prepare the materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
-Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
-Responsible for mange the purchase of spare parts and main contract of maintenance projects.
-Prepare the forecast plan for consumable parts and spare part for equipment’s and project.
-Prepare contract for the Key supplier to deliver the spare part on time with best price.
-Prepare maintenance contract (package unit, compressor unit, chillers, ..) and negotiate for best contact terms and conditions .
-Review the BOQ for the maintenance project and make sourcing for the best supplier and negotiate.
-Create and design Schedule for preventive maintenance activities using PM module inside SAP
-Prepare MRP For Consumables materials related to main categories (spare parts, facility, consumables)
-Make ABC analysis for spare parts to avoid major breakdown in machines
-Prepare the KPIs for the maintenance department by focusing on the major indicator, Breakdown 95% service level, efficiency of PM, Capacity, PRs and PO KPIs, Stock Out
-Budget monitor for maintenance department with focusing of materials and service
-Maintain and monitor the accuracy of master data of maintenance department (BOM, Equipment, PM task, Maintenance ticket)
-Reduce the time of Breakdown for production line to the minimum time
-Design and apply the Schedule and of preventive maintenance task for production line
-Increase the predictive maintenance time verses the breakdown time
-Prepare the list of BOM for each production line
-Monitor the available of consumable spare parts, and reorder in case of reaching minimum level
-Improve and upgrade old machine by install new extension and drive
-Monitor all the maintenance activates through PM module inside SAP
-Install new production line with corporate with manufacture and make testing and commissioning
-Responsible for Troubleshoot of machines and production line
-Create and Development maintenance department process
-Purchasing the Spare Part and consumable for production line
-Create Spare part requirement plan, and monitor availability of materials warehouse
-Troubleshooting and Maintain breakdown for factory production line
-Preparing infrastructure to install new production line
-Installing new Pharmaceutical production line and apply testing and commission cycle
-Control and Apply preventive maintenance schedule for planned know how maintenance department work
-Ordering spare part and monitor level stock of inventory
-Tracking the purchase cycle for spare part and overview the technical specifications
