• support staff in the achievement of their accountabilities ensuring that they are fully briefed/debriefed in relation to their provision of superior customer service, and maintenance of standards, as per the Standard Operating Procedures and company goals; ensure that they adhere to the Safety Policy and Security Standards of the Company.
• draft documents and correspondence; proofreading and transcribing.
• prepare monthly reports, manage personnel files and schedule meetings with/for controllers.
• provide quality service to passenger as per company's commercial, safety standards and procedures

• raise mishandled baggage file and conduct primary baggage tracing in the World Tracer system
• process and finalize claims in order to provide a quality service to Emirates passengers

• help the passengers who arrive at the land side desk to collect bags, locate the baggage and hand it over to its owner;
• plan, organize and control all aspects related to passengers and baggage handling;
• coordinates with DNATA Ground Operations, monitor unclaimed baggage and ensures that details are quickly updated in the system; monitor baggage delivery performance against agreed standards;
• screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate;
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mails or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• perform customer verifications; manage customers' accounts
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
