□ Prepare and draft technical procedures, work instructions and guidelines in compliance with technical regulations, specification and contract requirements.
□ Prepares risk assessment analysis, justification reports and investigative reports in line with the Company procedures.
□ Conduct internal audits as per Company procedures and in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System; ensure that the CARs issued are followed up and closed-out.
□ Provides technical support to Offices and responding to technical queries based on sound engineering principles, contract requirements and applicable codes.
□ Review and evaluate inspection reports & testing reports and ensure compliance with international standards requirements and/or approved industry regulations.
□ Coordinate with QA/QC Inspectors in inspection activities and ensure discrepancies observed and Non Conformities (NCRs) identified are effectively addressed and closed.
□ Liaising with National Standards Body and Authorities for any clarification/technical deviation related to standards.
□ Supervise the planning and initiate the revision of technical guidelines, checklists etc and ensure approval from Technical Manager prior to implementation.
□ Preparation of memoranda in consultation with Technical Manager.
□ Attend Client meetings.

□ Develop effective document control process and procedures for the efficient management of project deliverables, drawings, specification etc.
□ Assist in the preparation of documents including but not limited to, RFPs, Project Execution Plans, and relevant reports in coordination with Project Management Team
□ Floating of tender documents to Consultants/Contractor/Suppliers during the tender stage.
□ Initiate Vendor prequalification and registration.
□ Implementation ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ensure adherence of processes towards Information Security Regulation as per ISO/IEC 27001.
□ Implement and develop measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Project Management Team.
□ Ensure smooth registration and distribution of project deliverables.
□ Prepare regular status reports on ongoing tenders and evaluation activities undertaken by Project Management Team.
□ Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process from pre-qualification, vendor selection, tendering stage up to awarding of contracts.

• Performs regular equipment inventory to ensure availability of spare parts and variables
