Prepare monthly KPI Reports for inbounds and outbounds.
•To provide best Customer Service to the end customers and to our valued clients inside the organization
•Complaint Handling and resolution to the best interest of the customer & training warehouse staffs to achieve that quality viz; reducing the daily TDR rate on total Warehouse to Store shipments
•Optimize the use of the warehouse capacity and Yard capacity by planning the Inbounds and Outbound shipments
•Adhoc report generation to management team for various information viz; the warehouse stock capacity, AFL yard capacity, weekly resource shift planning
•Ensuring all Inbounds (GRNs) & Out bounds (Shipment Invoice Postings) are done & reports submitted daily
•Warehouse Management & Client Store Operations Support Activities at any point of time
•Assisting in managing Supply chain activities (manual/automated) to ensure the smooth supply of products and reduce out of stock scenarios to the least minimum
•Report and clear the Value issue containers to the principal on a timely basis
•Closely interact and coordinate with the IT Team & business stakeholders for any technical issues related to Operations
•Best practices like monthly physical inventory (PI), Damaged Goods Returns and Scrap Process to increase the stock accuracy and reduce of customer complaints
Achievements
•Was a key player at the time of IKEA Retail Warehouse segregation project & was recognized by senior management for the tremendous effort in making the system records clean as to 100%
•99.7% accuracy in KPI monthly targets achieved on normal conditions -monthly/yearly basis
