• Obtains orders from office services and provides it to the consumer division manager for review.
• Prepares invoice upon the direction of the consumer division manager.
• Monitors the inventory level and updates the manager.
• Types correspondence letters and e-mails for the division.
• Maintains files, records, and/ or other documents.
• Sends and receives mails. Faxes and other correspondence as may be required.
• Makes and accepts appointments for the concerned manager and ensure that all appointments and other outstanding matters are appropriately met, if any. Job Role:
• Ensures completeness of filing and documentation.
• ensures the maintenance of customer files including: correspondence, credit application,
• Reference check, statement of accounts and other appropriate documents are in a safe and secure area.
