Sales Coordinator
• Coordinates sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Responsible for voucher management -uses VISTA voucher management software to order and control stock on VISTA in line with physical stock, create client and client voucher order, gift cards and issue vouchers, e-vouchers.

• Handles incoming and outgoing calls (receive call, screens, and routes).

• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for Admin files and legal documents relating to office operations.
• Liaise with corporate services department for office operations (e.g. trade licenses, office leasing, telephone registration, etc.).
• Book and keep records of company’s subscriptions and office service contract (newspapers, facilities management and other office operation related subscription and contract).
• Entering general accounting transactions on a day to day basis such as invoice, purchase orders, official receipts and payment vouchers in computerized accounting system
