Responsible to open work order upon receiving of the LPO and approval from the management and concern department. Reviewing all the contract prior to prepare all necessary submittals such as drawings, samples and finsh. Responsible to submmit all the requirements on the given target date for approval of the Consultant, Main Contractor, Engineer and Client. Attending weekly meeting or upon the client request or site or order situation. To follow up the status of items inside the production prior to deliver or install (if required) . Responsible to comply with required standard (astm or BS) Responsible to prepare all necessary report internal or external. Direct report to manager, Can stand alone to give decision in a tight situation. Attending snag list. Responsible to cost variation if required. Checking other submittals handled by other coordinator, Responsible for any email or correspondence received from the client. Answering all the client letters and emailed. Can make quotation . Hardworking and can work underpressure till the completion of the target tade.
