 Training clients on the tool which is developed by our company, and conducting the complete tool training on all modules.

 Review billing accounts according to the client guidelines and move the accounts to different buckets using suitable action codes as per the client specification.

 Educating clients about the tool navigation which includes entry of Patient demographics, Scheduling, charting, Billing, Reports, Master codes by practice, and complete coordination with the clients till they get used to it.

 Identifying the Application issues over the call as whether the issue comes under development, implementation or configuration.

 If the issues comes under configuration will be fixing in real time.

 Conducting demo session on different tools which is been developed by our company to our new partner’s and clients so that it will help us to get new leads from there references.

 Educating clients on their requirements on the tool and also advising them to adopt some of the tool upgrades so that the application should work in real time with greater performance.

 Working along with configuration team on configuring new accounts.

 Supporting Business Development Team and also manage documents of requirement and enhancement.

 Experience and got strong skills on end user testing and reporting the same in Bug tracker tool.

 HL-7 Conversion program of demo entry in to the software.
