Currently working as IT Officer with the Panda Retail Company from 25th December 2010 onwards in the Jeddah head office.
Panda Retail Company is the largest supermarket chain in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As my job is a Systems Analyst, I deal with:
Installation of operating systems like windows 98, XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 windows server
2003/2008/2012 etc.
Antivirus installation and management.
Heavy duty Network printer/Scanner configuration and installation.
Internet service providing & management through the company ISA server.
Configuring and repairing of domain user profiles in Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 etc.
Setting up and configuring of Cisco Voice applications like Webex, Jabber and IP Phones etc.
Configuring and creating shared folders and providing all kinds of access for a shared folder
through the server.
Control and management of the company service desk system for various departments in the organization
Configuring and troubleshooting issues relating to outlook and other MS applications.
Logging of calls and user requirements through the company Service desk system so they can be provided with our services and solutions within the agreed SLA
Troubleshooting and configuring of computer systems in different regions through
various remote desktop services like team viewer, SCCM, VNC, Jabber, Webex etc.
Configuring user profiles in the company active directory system.
Creating and configuring of Local/External emails in the company exchange server system.
JDA front end system configuring and troubleshooting
ERP Oracle front end user configuring and troubleshooting.
