Overall Administrative direction for matters on Company affairs, Manpower, Customs,
Traffic, Insurance, Ministries, Embassies and legal affairs.
• Overall direction on formulation & compliance of corporate and local HR policies.
• PMS, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Training, Employee Welfare, Payroll,
Recruitment
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee governmental affairs & legal obligations of the company.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline
processes.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate
other business operations.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

• Managing the HR and admin activities for around 1000 employees for the project division.
• Key member of the project planning and execution team.
• Designs, plans, and implements company HR programs, policies, and procedures.
• Managing the Recruitment, mobilization, and residency procedures.
• Managing performance and payroll systems.
• Prepare project plan for local and overseas recruitment.
• Liaising with various manpower supply agencies from overseas and local market to source
the required project staff.
• Post vacancies on social media and traditional media.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate the mobilization and residency processing of selected candidates.
• Managing all corporate admin activities of the company reporting to GM.
• Planning, Drafting and implementation of Company and Department Policies and
procedures.
• Managing HR, Recruitment, T&D and related admin activities.
• Monitoring, supervising & liaison with govt. affairs.
• Conducting case studies, price audits depending on company needs.
• Conducting Market Survey and preparing Feasibility Studies.
• Analyzing primary and secondary data to extract required info.
• Managing mystery shopping, customer complaints and suggestion system.
• Overall Management of resources both materials and manpower for delivering the best customer service at all times, in line with the vision and mission of the organization.
Interacting with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain
feedback.
• Issuing and managing the Frequent Shopper program.
• Managing in-store promotions.
