Responsibilities:
•Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, procurement and all configurations.
•Handle incoming help and service requests in in entire APAC region, referred by the IT Service Desk.
•Ensures a timely resolution and escalates non-resolvable issues to higher-level teams.
•Assist teams on testing and deploying software and patch management for both MS Windows and Mac OS X.
•Serves as the IT liaison to all employees and provides high-touch desk side and remote technical assistance during and after regular business hours due to an emergency.
•Adheres to departmental standards and ensures appropriate use of information systems.
•Inventory, track and document hardware movements.

• Install and configure Windows, Linux and MAC Servers
• Provide first level support for Oracle DB and Application Servers.
• Configure WSUS server and VMWare Esxi Servers.
• Install and Monitor Oracle Database and Metricstream Application Servers.
• Create and Maintain Active Directory Users and Groups.
• Provide Support for MAC OSX and applications.
• Install and Configure Different manufactures servers like IBM, DELL & HP.
• Maintain File-Servers, DHCP and domain servers.
• Provide second Level support for Desktop, Laptop and Servers.
• Key Team player and provide good innovative ideas to build IT infrastructure.
• Conduct customer demos for Ncomputing Thin clients and servers.
• Install and configure Thin clients, Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Servers.
• Resolve customer technical issues remotely.
• Install and configure Windows and Linux Servers with RAID.
• Install and configure NAS solution like QNAP.
Responsibilities:
•Install and configure servers such as Windows, Linux and MAC.
•Configure AD-DNS and create security groups.
•Support all kind of Network issues.
•Configure Virtual machines in MAC MINI Servers.
•Support all kinds of Outlook issues
• Onsite Customer Support for OEM Manufactures (HP, Compaq and IBM) servers, Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
• Provide first level technical support for all AMC customers.
• Service HP and Compaq Laptops and Printers.
