Working on End to End recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through various avenues- Internal Database (zoniac), job sites, Employee Referrals, Vendors, Linked In, etc.,
Posting and advertising the Jobs on the various sites.
Interacting with vendors and getting the work done within the time frame.
Interacting with Project managers to understand the requirement.
Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Gained strong technical knowledge on the skill sets worked for.
Closing the positions as per recruitment cycle time.
Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.
Scheduling technical / Final Interviews either with the Technical Panel or with the Management Group and follow up on the feedbacks.
Coordinating with the Technical Panel & the Manager regarding the requirements, Interviews etc.
Following up with the candidate after the offer is made till the candidate is on board
• Sourcing, screening and short listing from portals
• Excellent coordination between Client and candidate
• Arranging the candidate for clients interview as per venue
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
• Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling Face to Face interviews.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
• Background checking of the applicant before offering offer letter.
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmers.
• Managing Relationship with candidate till valid time
