services training sessions.
Assessing market, identifying current trends and also giving suggestions for product improvement
based on competitor product analysis.
Responsible for resolving client grievances based on internal and external SLA.
Answering inquiry, questions & complaints of clients in order to keep revenue generation of the
division.
Effectively coordinated with multiple internal teams across multiple geographies and custom
