Project Description
The business needs for Global Submission Support Center, SharePoint application used to process various requests and track them effectively. GSSC application is used by Affiliates, Regulatory Managers, and Coordinators towards electronic submission of requests. Based on the requests received from Affiliates / Regulatory Managers, Coordination team will process them and provide them with required documents.

Project Description
Dangerous Good Coordinators to perform DG classifications of materials before they are shipped from the centralized shipping center or warehouse at the site. When a DG request is received by the coordinator a classification will be documented for each item in that request.

The goal of the Oscar is to replace the current Zephyr system. The Abbott GPRD Outsourcing Group is responsible for the creation, management and maintenance of various vendor contracts. The OSCAR system provides Contract Management, Contract Payment, and Reporting.

• Designed and developed a general-purpose Policy Upload Web Services to upload Renewal Policies to AXA call centers and update the database based on the response from the web services. The application was written in VB 6.0 and communicates with the Pivotal CRM system’s middle tier using XML

IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) has introduced new guidelines on addressing customer grievances which pertains to the areas:
• Complaint type and description for grievances as per IRDA Masters.
• Acknowledgement of Grievances.
• Different Status of Complaints/grievances.
• Workflow to handle potential complaints and grievances.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Extensively used C#.Net, ASP.Net, Web Services & HTML for the web pages.
• Developed a web service, which will be exposed to IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority). Customers can login to IRDA and raise a complaint against Insurance Company and the complaint details will get saved in MNYL database. All the updates regarding the ticket will get informed to both IRDA and MNYL
• Data Encryption has been done through keys for Query string to attain more security.
• Developed a web service to send and receive the un-subscription /subscription details to and fro the central repository. The customer has the provision for Unsubscribing/ Subscribing from the communication methods by MNYL.
• Developed a web service for real time/event based data sync between the Mobile and CSMS Servers in MNYL. Using this web service, customer services is available at the doorstep by punching few key inputs on Mobile
• Involved in preparation of Technical Specification documents, Estimation and User Manuals.
• Involved in the Database Design, writing Packages, complex SQL Queries and Designing Crystal Reports for the modules.
