Worked in Four Packages as follows (Site Preparation Package, Karan Onshore/Offshore Pipeline Package, and Karan Sales Gas Pipeline (KBG-2), and
Co generation and boiler, brown field inside Khursnaiyah existing plant.
• Handle all Site Preparation and civil work including KARAN PAD. Handover areas to the assigned LSTKs packages.
• Handling substation buildings inside the plant .
• Handle Karan Onshore Pipeline (25 km) and its facilities including 5 valve stations, Scraper facility inside Gas Plant Khursnaiyah (all
disciplines, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical).
• Handle Karan Sales Gas Pipeline KBG-2 (Total of 60 KMs) all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical).
• Handle construction of O/H power line (15 km) serving the valve stations. And tie-in with Existing life Line.
• Assuming overall responsibility for supervision of civil/ electro-mechanical works for Asphalt facilities, Concrete Paving, Pipe supports,
Drainage Channels, Direct Buried Cable trenches, Underground utilities and RTR systems, as per project specifications.
• Coordinator with stakeholders such as Royal Commission, MARAFIQ, ARAMCO Berri Gas Plant, Aramco Pipeline department for all related
construction obstructions issues with, and tie-in points with existing facilities/utilities .
• Support commissioning stage till signing MCC utilizing MPCS system for exception items closure, handover to OSPAS, and introduce the
GAS in both pipelines.
• Follow up the work permit issues with Khursnaiyah Gas plant Operation group and fulfill with their requirements.
