PMC SITE SUPERINTENDENT
, Part of Saudi Aramco PMT for Jeddah Storm Drainage Program(JSDP)
Project : JSDP Jeddah Storm Drainage Program - Daghbag Dams and Channels.
Responsibilities:
• Assuming overall responsibility as a team leader for supervision of civil works for main Dam, Saddle dam Drainage, Channels, Outlet/Inlet
facility, Spillway, Underground utilities as per project specifications and requirements .
• Managing and coordinating earth works to ascertain timely execution of the project as per approved Schedule and specifications.
• Maintaining inventory of construction materials.
• Liaising with quality personnel for inspection of project processes and ascertaining compliance with established standards.
• Direct supervision of site engineers and close follow up with their assigned tasks and monitor the progress in their areas.
Projects
Khurais Oil Plant) :
• Handle all civil work and U/G utilities for Khurais Utility Package(KUC).
• Support project commissioning stage, and close-out .
• Coordinate the interfaces with Khurais Crude Oil (KCC) Package related to all U/G Utilities TIE-IN points .
• Support project close-out and commissioning the utility package.

Area of Responsibility (Karan Oil Plant) :
Worked in Four Packages as follows (Site Preparation Package, Karan Onshore/Offshore Pipeline Package, and Karan Sales Gas Pipeline (KBG-2), and
Co generation and boiler, brown field inside Khursnaiyah existing plant.
• Handle all Site Preparation and civil work including KARAN PAD. Handover areas to the assigned LSTKs packages.
• Handling substation buildings inside the plant .
• Handle Karan Onshore Pipeline (25 km) and its facilities including 5 valve stations, Scraper facility inside Gas Plant Khursnaiyah (all
disciplines, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical).
• Handle Karan Sales Gas Pipeline KBG-2 (Total of 60 KMs) all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Electrical).
• Handle construction of O/H power line (15 km) serving the valve stations. And tie-in with Existing life Line.
• Assuming overall responsibility for supervision of civil/ electro-mechanical works for Asphalt facilities, Concrete Paving, Pipe supports,
Drainage Channels, Direct Buried Cable trenches, Underground utilities and RTR systems, as per project specifications.
• Coordinator with stakeholders such as Royal Commission, MARAFIQ, ARAMCO Berri Gas Plant, Aramco Pipeline department for all related
construction obstructions issues with, and tie-in points with existing facilities/utilities .
• Support commissioning stage till signing MCC utilizing MPCS system for exception items closure, handover to OSPAS, and introduce the
GAS in both pipelines.
• Follow up the work permit issues with Khursnaiyah Gas plant Operation group and fulfill with their requirements.
• Managing and coordinating earth works, onshore pipeline, scraper receiver facilities and chemical injection station to ascertain timely
execution of the project as per contract specifications.
• Maintaining inventory of construction materials, auditing usage and accordingly placing orders, to ensure continual supply with minimal
idle stock. Reviewing civil material transmittal to ensure compliance with set standards
• Preparing bill of quantities and contract conditions, identifying deviations, if any from specifications and obtained approval of materials.
• Liaising with quality personnel for inspection of project processes and ascertaining compliance with established standards.

Preparation BOQ, estimates for civil work associated with the scope of work .
• Handle civil work for Khurais infrastructure and industrial facilities in Khurais Oil plant .
• Determined work scope for the assigned project, managed contractors and sub-contractors, to ensure all projects/contracts are delivered
on time, within budget and as per the client specifications.
• Overview major issues pertaining to construction of air strip facilities such as air terminal building, lighting vault building, fire truck shelter,
equipment shade and fuel facilities, whilst maintaining compliance set quality standards.
• Implemented project design, interacted with different project entities, established procedures, reviewed activities in accordance with
existing standards and reported key issues, risks, benefits and cost summary to the upper management.
• Interacted with the project inspection department and project management team during final inspection stage of the project. Ascertained

requirements.
• Follow up all civil work with the contractor and sub-contractor the construction activities as per the schedule.
• Facilitate all obstacles and obstruction to enhance the progress and expedite the construction activities in regard to civil facilities such as
towers and cable routes and underground facilities.
• Coordination with Operation group for work permits issuance and assure the contractor adherence to safety precautions.
