Receive inbound calls from customers for service related queries and assist in booking appointments through use of SAP and CRM.
•Make outbound calls for different campaigns like Recall, current service promotions etc.
•Update booking details through system on SAP NWBC for respective Service Advisors.
Assisting the Sales team as Sales Support for discount, Price change and creating LPO’s through the use of SAP and Fastrack for their inquiries.
•Preparing reports like Daily Sales Report, Live Orders, Invoiced units etc. using SAP for the Management.
Booking appointments for the Business Development by making outbound cold calls daily, promoting the company, their products and the benefit of the industry
•Sending Correspondence through mail regarding credentials & case study of the Company.
Selling Advertising spaces on the web directory for Emirates page.
•Updating the data base with information provided by the relevant companies.
•Providing information to the Sales Head regarding the orders placed with respective clients.
Responsible for renewal of Subscriptions for Gulf News Readers.
•Educating the readers with different types of promotions available
at the time of renewal of their subscription
Responsible for renewal of motor insurance of Gargash Clients.
•Attending to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly and also resolving customer queries promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary
