Responsible for coordination of design, manufacture and timely delivery of various Medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical equipment's in accordance to customer requirements for projects related to utilities, industries and commercial establishments.
Assuming overall responsibility and manage all project, sales, services, scope, cost and time to ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Continuously direct, review and facilitate the working of the project team members to achieve the objective..
Ensure all committed deliverables technical, commercial and financial are clearly identified at the at the beginning of the project.
Ensure all receivables are collected well in time.
Ensure best efforts to liquidate any damages, avoid penalty and improving booked margin.
1) Review purchase requisition and specifications to obtain complete quotation from suppliers.
2)Take quotation from various suppliers based on the internal requirements & place the PO to the approved supplier based on the approval from Supply chain / Logistics manager.
3) Place Purchase orders based on needs (SAP action list or
Purchase Request or ordering)
4) Obtain Approval from Design for Job specific parts and
transmit approval to Supplier if necessary.
5) Ensure Order transmittal after necessary approvals.
6) Follow-up with supplier for acknowledgement and delivery
status
7) Prepare and send Specimen Invoice to supplier where
necessary
8) Update System with necessary details upon receipt of Order
Acknowledgement with Price and Delivery.
9) Take quotation from at least three freight forwarders and advise
the best quoted to move the shipment.
10) Inform Transit coordinator of the proposed shipment and arrange for Routing Purchase Order where necessary
11) Process Non Conformity Notification / Customer Quality Claims immediately and update the NCN software accordingly
12) Process necessary documentation for timely payment of supplier invoice.
13) Inform Planning of possible delayed deliveries.
14) Process NCN based on the reports from Q.C Dept.
15) Claim with insurance for missing in transit shipments.
Responsibilities
1) Responsible for maintaining the Master data in SAP.
2) Responsible for creating new vendor in SAP.
3) Responsible for maintaining Internal & External supplier
performance report.
4) Responsible for creating new P/N and order forms based on
specifications.
5) Responsible for prepare and update the procurement plan for
projects and operational supplies and services, from time to
time.
6) Responsible for evaluate, select, monitor and communicate
with vendors
7) Responsible for maintaining of reports on purchased products
and services, spending analysis etc to the management.
8) Responsible for make studies and collect data on current market conditions to keep informed on market trends, discussion with respective department heads regarding ordering of supplies.
1) Responsible for procuring materials as per system & internal requirement.
2) Responsible to take RFQ based on the internal requirements and place the PO to the selected / short listed supplier after the approval ofsupply chain / logistics manager .
3) Ensure the on time delivery of materials as per the acknowledgement.
4) Responsible for preparing the Average monthly quantity list & Average monthly usage.
5) Decide the MOS shipment based on the requirement
6) Responsible for price negotiations and system update
7) Provide 2nd level of enterprise vault support
8) Responsible for providing weekly and monthly status reports to logistics manager.
9) Responsible to replace the non conformity materials.
10) Responsible for preparing the monthly supplier evaluation report.
11) Responsible for follow up the Payment and system validation after the delivery take place.
12) Responsible for system master data update in SAP
1) Responsible for installation, configuration and management of Routers, switches, AAA, Cisco work server.
2) Responsible for maintaining IP Address schema.
3) Maintaining the network Documentation.
4) Upgrading Network Analysis Module.
5) Configuring Routing like Static, Default & dynamic protocols.
6) Configuring leased lines.
7) Configuring Leased Lines on a Router as a backup to wireless Network.
8) Monitor and Managing the Cisco devices through Cisco Works.

10 )Taking Backup and Upgrading of Cisco IOS Software.
