• Preparation of Course Syllabus, Lesson Plans and carry-out assessment and reviewing results in coordination with Japanese Expert Adviser in compliance with the policies & procedures of the Institute.
• Manages/Supervises direct report Senior Instructors on day to day training/lesson plans and other related activities based on approved Training Syllabus and Training Plans approved by HIFP Executive Management.
• Conducts classroom lectures & practical trainings, if need be based on approved Training Syllabus re; Standard Operating Procedures in line with Lean Production Techniques or Lean Manufacturing Systems such as: Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Supervises the On-the-Job Training (OJT) of the students, if required by providing assistance during their training and presenting students' progress reports to immediate superior.
• Prepares and presents progress reports of every semester's activities and suggests improvement to immediate superior.
• Performs any others tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Note: Had been assigned/designated as Head of Department in 5 different Departments for 10+ years being the last was Head of Basic Technology, General Subjects and Plastic Testing Laboratory (7 out of 13 Subjects of the Institute).
• Managing the whole company’s overall day to day operations - local/domestic and International operations (China sub-contractors) from raw materials purchasing up to final delivery and shipping to different customers worldwide.
• Planning, Organizing, Directing, and Controlling manpower, machinery and equipment capacities to maximize operational utilization to meet production schedules.
• Provide effective leadership, set targets, develop SOP and key performance indicators, enforce and improve quality to ensure smooth operation running.
• Exercises managerial and administrative functions for finance & administration (profit & loss) and to other above mentioned departments under my areas of responsibility including hiring and firing of personnel based on approved budget due to order demand/fluctuation.
• Coordinates with other company department managers, officers, directors and sub contractor owners (for both local and overseas) in attaining company’s goals objectives.
• Conducts lectures, acts as facilitators and moderators to ensure students reach their full potential through the use of modern and innovative teaching methods.
• Do research works in upgrading teaching material and evolving the required pedagogy.
• Supervise and counsel students on theoretical and practical/hands-on activities.
• Preparation of examination question papers and quizzes; conducting examinations, carrying out assessment and reviewing results in compliance with the University’s rules and regulations.
• Maintain class record of students by recording results, activities and attendance.
• Supervise on-the-job training of students, providing assistance to supervisors of the industrial sector in charge of the college students (for BBM) during their training and presenting reports on the students' progress to the concerned heads.
• Proactively counsel and advice students to focus in academic and career development.
• Present a report for every semester's activities and suggesting development to the concerned heads.
• Perform any others tasks assigned by the Dean from time to time.
• Responsible for managing the whole company’s plastic injection operations from raw materials purchasing up to final delivery and shipping to different customers across Asia.

• Supervision and control of the company’s just-in time pilot project processes such Injection molding, Blow molding & Rotational molding, Spray painting & Tampon printing up to final assembly processes while working with Mattel Philippines, Inc..
